There is a $6.99 Flat Rate for Local Delivery within 35km radius on orders of $100 or more. Local Delivery is available Saturday only between 6pm and 9pm. If a package is returned due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was unavailable for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and re-delivery charges. ThOlu Hair + Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided as a result of an incomplete or incorrect shipping details.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NONREFUNDABLE

At ThOlu Hair + Beauty, we have to maintain the highest ethical standards and therefore, due to the nature of our products and hygienic importance, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Once you receive a shipping notification, then your package has gone through processing and therefore cannot be cancelled.

An entire product will be replaced if the packaging gets damaged during shipping. The unused damaged product should be returned after contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery in order to receive further instructions.
